Job Description

Join our dynamic investment banking team as an Investment Banking Analyst. You will leverage your financial modeling skills to assess investment opportunities, support transaction due diligence, and help prepare strategic recommendations for our clients in the financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Support internal teams in assessing potential investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain comprehensive financial models to evaluate potential outcomes.
• Contribute to various stages of the transaction lifecycle from preliminary discussions to closing.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the transaction workflow.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Advanced degree or MBA is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in investment banking or related areas
