Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Create financial models to simulate various business strategies.
• Analyze financial performance and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Advise on financial discrepancies and assist in decision-making.
• Work closely with budget managers to ensure financial goals are met.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for all financial transactions in compliance with regulations.
• Engage with external auditors as needed during the auditing process.
• Provide training to junior analysts on financial reporting procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
• Relevant certifications (CFA/CPA) preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or similar roles
