Job Description

As a Corporate Finance Analyst at our Sandton location, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive financial analysis, crafting detailed reports, and supporting the overall financial decision-making process. Your analytical skills will be essential in evaluating investment opportunities and streamlining financial strategies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data for trends and variances.
• Compile, present, and explain financial reports to management.
• Support the finance team in preparing annual budgets.
• Research market trends that may impact financial strategies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Provide analytical support for various corporate finance projects.
• Identify areas for operational improvement and cost-saving measures.
• Develop and maintain financial models for ongoing projects.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration is preferred
• CFA Charterholder is highly advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance
