• Oversee daily financial operations and ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions.
• Develop and implement accounting policies to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare financial forecasts.
• Review and reconcile bank statements, ensuring all discrepancies are addressed.
• Prepare detailed financial reports for management review.
• Support in developing financial strategies and budgets.
• Maintain records of financial transactions in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Conduct variance analysis and report findings to management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in a similar role

• Tax Preparation

Certifications

• International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
