IT Support Technician

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a DevOps Engineer to enhance our cloud infrastructure and streamline our development and deployment processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and performance of our services, making a significant impact on our operations and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on IT systems and best practices.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions in accordance with company protocols.
• Participate in IT projects aimed at improving systems and services.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant IT certifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years in IT support and administration

Technical Skills

• Active Directory
• Remote Desktop Support

Soft Skills

• Customer Service
• Time Management

Certifications

• ITIL Foundation
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Exposure to cyber security protocols: Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience with VoIP technologies: Experience in troubleshooting VoIP systems.
