Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Field Researcher to join our dynamic team in Durban. You will conduct interviews, administer surveys, and collect field data essential for our research projects. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in the field and has a keen interest in social research.

Responsibilities

  • Implement data collection methodologies in the field.
  • Work closely with the Research Manager on project deliverables.
  • Provide feedback on survey tools and methods to enhance data quality.
  • Ensure participant confidentiality and data protection.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior research staff.
  • Participate in community outreach to promote research initiatives.
  • Stay updated on best practices in field research.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Social Science or Research Methodology is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in a similar role preferred.
