Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will analyze supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that drive efficiency. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of our supply chain activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain improvement initiatives using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure alignment of supply chain objectives.
• Evaluate and optimize transportation and logistics performance.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for various supply chain options.
• Develop risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
• Train and support team members on supply chain policies and processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
• Master’s degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in supply chain analysis or related field

Technical Skills

• Forecasting

Certifications

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Lean Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
