Responsibilities

• Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance production efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on process improvements.
• Assist in inventory management and material handling.
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding food safety and quality assurance.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent certification
• Certification in Manufacturing or Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment

• Forklift Operation
• Production Planning

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a HACCP Certified Environment: Knowledge of HACCP principles in relation to food safety manufacturing processes.
• Forklift Certification: Valid certification for operating forklifts in a production setting.
