Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat acute and chronic health conditions.
  • Implement clinical protocols and procedures in line with best practices.
  • Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
  • Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare services as needed.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss patient cases and clinic operations.
  • Contribute to a positive workplace culture focused on patient satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Nursing or a closely related field
  • Nurse Practitioner Board Certification
Experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in a clinical setting with prior experience in leadership roles preferred
