We are on the lookout for a passionate Language Specialist to join our team in Durban. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality language instruction to students from diverse backgrounds, helping them achieve their language learning goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in pedagogy and a strong grasp of language acquisition theories.

Responsibilities

• Create customized lesson plans that cater to diverse student needs.
• Deliver lessons in a dynamic and engaging manner to motivate learners.
• Evaluate and assess students regularly to inform instructional practices.
• Incorporate technology into lesson delivery to enhance the learning experience.
• Cultivate relationships with students to boost confidence and language skills.
• Participate in curriculum design and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Language or Education preferred
• Additional certifications in language instruction advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in language teaching

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic
