Job Description

As a Marine Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing marine construction projects, ensuring successful execution from planning through to completion. Your role will involve managing project timelines and budgets while maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with engineers and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control.
  • Develop and implement new operating procedures for enhanced site efficiency.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on site management best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Professional Registration with a relevant body is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in marine construction projects, with at least 5 years in a management role.
