Construction Manager

Job Description

As a Construction Manager at Renovation Experts, you will oversee building projects from inception to completion. Your strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of construction processes will ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors, fostering a culture of safety and quality on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Implement quality control procedures to ensure project standards.
• Prepare progress reports and project documentation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Lead project meetings to discuss progress and resolve challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar discipline
• Master's degree in Construction Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in similar roles, preferably in the construction industry
