The ideal candidate will be passionate about outdoor activities and have experience leading groups in various adventure sports. From hiking to kayaking, your role will involve guiding tours and ensuring safety while providing an exciting experience for all participants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization of outdoor events and activities.
• Implement safety measures and emergency procedures.
• Engage with local communities to promote adventure tourism.
• Assist with marketing efforts to draw in new clientele.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on outdoor safety and skills.
• Encourage repeat visits and cultivate lasting relationships with guests.
• Utilize technology for tracking routes and enhancing experiences.
• Work alongside conservation groups to ensure sustainable practices.
• Train new guides and provide mentorship.
• Stay updated on adventure trends to keep offerings fresh and exciting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management or related fields

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in outdoor education or guiding

Languages
