Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to manage technical support requests and provide solutions to ensure smooth operations. The role requires a proactive approach to resolving issues and strong communication skills to assist users effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to user requests and provide timely support.
  • Resolve technical problems through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting.
  • Install and configure software applications and systems.
  • Maintain inventory of IT supplies and equipment.
  • Conduct routine checks on systems and software for updates.
  • Collaborate with IT team to enhance the service experience.
  • Document all relevant support information.
  • Assist in managing IT projects and upgrades.

Requirements

Education
  • MCSE or CompTIA A+ certification is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years in a technical support role preferred
