Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Dentist to join our Port Elizabeth practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team. This role includes performing dental examinations, diagnosing and treating oral diseases, and providing preventive care education to patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations.
• Diagnose oral diseases and develop treatment plans.
• Conduct preventive care like cleanings and fluoride treatments.
• Educate patients about oral hygiene and dental health.
• Perform restorative procedures such as fillings and crowns.
• Manage dental emergencies and provide appropriate treatment.
• Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists during procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards.
• Participate in ongoing education to stay current with dental advancements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (BDS or equivalent)
• Valid medical/Dental board license

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a dentist
