Responsibilities

• Lead engaging tours around Johannesburg, sharing captivating stories and facts.
• Assist in creating unique tour experiences tailored to guest preferences.
• Handle and resolve any customer issues or feedback professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations during tours.
• Participate in training sessions to expand knowledge of local attractions.
• Promote and sell additional tours and services during excursions.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant training in Tour Guiding or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of guiding experience preferred

Technical Skills

• First Aid Certification
• Driving License
