Architecture Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an Architecture Technician to assist in executing innovative architectural projects. You will work closely with the design team, helping to draft plans and execute modifications, ensuring projects run smoothly from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Produce and revise CAD drawings and designs under the guidance of senior architects.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Contribute to the development of design concepts and strategies.
• Support the preparation of technical reports and documentation.
• Assist in quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with design standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as an Architecture Technician

Technical Skills

• Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Microsoft Office Suite

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• LEED Green Associate
• Project Management Certification (optional)

Languages

• English: Fluent
