We are seeking a dedicated Event Planner to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning, from initial concept development to execution. Responsibilities

• Develop creative event concepts and themes that align with clients' objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all resources are allocated efficiently.
• Evaluate supplier performance post-event to ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor event budgets and timelines to ensure profitability.
• Prepare detailed reports and summaries post-event, including financials and feedback.
• Assist with event marketing and promotional activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in event planning or management roles

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
