Job Description

We are seeking a creative Interior Designer who can develop unique design solutions tailored to each client's needs. You'll have the chance to manage projects, work on-site, and bring your distinctive style to life. Your role will be crucial in enhancing the functionality and beauty of spaces.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative and functional design solutions.
• Collaborate with a team of designers and architects.
• Source and specify materials and finishes.
• Prepare and present project proposals to clients.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
• Monitor project progress and report to the Design Director.
• Identify potential issues and develop solutions proactively.
• Conduct client consultations and provide post-occupancy evaluations.
• Stay informed about new designs, trends, and technologies.
• Evaluate vendor proposals and negotiate contracts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or equivalent field
• Certification in design software is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a design role

• SketchUp
• Photoshop

Certifications

• LEED Green Associate
• Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer (CKBD)

Languages

• English: Fluent
