Enameler

Job Description

As an Enameler, you will be responsible for applying enamel coatings on various surfaces to enhance their durability and aesthetic appeal. You'll work with a variety of materials, ensuring high standards of quality and artistry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surface preparation for enameling including sandblasting and cleaning.
• Formulate enamels to achieve specific colors and finishes.
• Utilize advanced enameling equipment to ensure high-quality results.
• Monitor machinery to ensure optimal operation during the enameling process.
• Provide feedback for product improvement and process optimization.
• Assist in training junior staff on enameling techniques and safety.
• Participate in quality control assessments and audits.
• Contribute to innovation through new techniques or materials research.

Requirements

Education

• Additional training in specialized enamel techniques such as cloisonné or champlevé

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or art production environment preferred

• English: Fluent
