We are seeking a talented Residential Architect to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential design, including knowledge of local building regulations, sustainability practices, and project management. You will play a key role in transforming clients' visions into reality, delivering creative solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present designs that align with client expectations and budget constraints.
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws and building codes in all designs.
• Review and analyze project plans and specifications to ensure quality and functionality.
• Coordinate with contractors and other professionals to ensure design integrity.
• Mentor junior design staff and encourage professional development.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and sustainability practices.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Architecture or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in residential design and project management
