Job Description

We are seeking a talented Residential Architect to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential design, including knowledge of local building regulations, sustainability practices, and project management. You will play a key role in transforming clients' visions into reality, delivering creative solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings to discuss project progress and updates.
• Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of each.
• Conduct thorough reviews of construction documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Participate in site visits to monitor construction and resolve any issues.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Architecture or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in residential design and project management

• SACAP Certification

Languages
