Job Description

As a Bookkeeper at Finance Solutions Ltd., you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring completeness in financial reporting. You will work closely with our finance team to support our clients' needs, making this a vital role in our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Handle cash management and ensure secure transactions.
  • Develop and implement efficient bookkeeping procedures.
  • Assist with preparation for tax returns.
  • Ensure timely payment processing and reporting.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance indicators.
  • Work with external auditors during audit processes.
  • Provide feedback on financial processes for accuracy.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Financial Management or related field
  • Bookkeeping certification preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of bookkeeping or finance experience
