Job Description

As a Tax Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in our financial advisory team. You will be tasked with providing strategic tax planning solutions and ensuring that clients remain compliant with South African tax legislation while maximising their tax benefits.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their unique financial situations.
• Prepare detailed calculations for tax estimates and filings.
• Identify potential tax benefits and savings opportunities.
• Advocate for clients during tax audits and inquiries.
• Generate reports on tax liabilities and compliance measures.
• Collaborate with other financial professionals to provide comprehensive services.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance expertise.
• Assist with corporate restructuring and compliance with tax laws.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Professional qualification (e.g., CTA, CA, CPA) is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years managing diverse tax portfolios
