Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing software applications to ensure they meet the required standards of quality, functionality, and performance. You will collaborate closely with development teams to identify issues and ensure that all software products are delivered seamlessly to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Design test scenarios for new software features.
• Utilize testing tools to systematically evaluate software applications.
• Work closely with the development team to resolve identified issues.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for the development process.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of testing processes and results.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance

Technical Skills

• Selenium
• API Testing
• Manual Testing

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Team Collaboration

Certifications

• ISTQB Certified Tester

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with agile methodologies: Familiar with Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
