Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Training and Development Specialist to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. This role involves designing and implementing training programs that enhance the professional development of our workforce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing training needs, developing training materials, and evaluating training outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Assess training needs and develop comprehensive training plans.
  • Implement training programs that enhance employee performance.
  • Facilitate training workshops and seminars for staff development.
  • Collect feedback from participants to continuously improve training programs.
  • Develop metrics to assess training effectiveness.
  • Manage training budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team leads to identify specific skills required.
  • Foster an environment that encourages employee participation in training.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a similar field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Training and Development is an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a training role

  • Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Certifications
  • Trainers Certification from a recognized institution
Languages
  • English: Fluent
