We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our dynamic team in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing pharmaceutical care, and counseling patients on medication therapies. Responsibilities

• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and completeness.
• Educate patients on proper medication usage and adherence.
• Participate in health screenings and community health programs.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns regarding medications.
• Assist in establishing and implementing pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Support the pharmacy manager in day-to-day operations.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Utilize electronic health record systems for documentation.
• Conduct quality control checks on dispensed medications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Advanced certifications in Clinical Pharmacy are an advantage

Experience

• Prior experience in a community pharmacy is preferable
