We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Worker for our Alum Plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring plant operations, ensuring safety and efficiency while resolving operational issues. This role requires a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor the functionality of plant equipment.
• Ensure quality control by tracking production standards.
• Engage in preventive maintenance activities to minimise downtime.
• Document maintenance and production activities for record-keeping.
• Follow instructions from supervisors regarding production goals.
• Contribute to a culture of safety through active participation in safety meetings.

Advantageous

• Knowledge of equipment diagnostics: Ability to diagnose technical issues in equipment operation.
• Previous experience in chemical plant operations: Experience in a similar role will be advantageous.
