Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate aerospace projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Conduct simulations and analyze operational performance data.

• Formulate engineering specifications based on customer requirements.
• Lead testing phases and evaluate test results to refine designs.
• Document all engineering processes to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
• Engage with external stakeholders for project updates and collaboration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace engineering
