Seeking a Product Designer to elevate our design team in Cape Town! In this pivotal role, you will craft and refine user experiences across multiple platforms. You will also liaise with developers and stakeholders, ensuring design integrity throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate is passionate about design and adept at problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead design sprints to gather feedback and refine concepts.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align product design with branding.
• Escalate design challenges to management with potential solutions.
• Mentor junior designers and support their development.
• Review and critique design work within the team.
• Create design documentation and style guides.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years in UX/UI design, with a portfolio of work

• Sketch

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with mobile app design: Experience designing for mobile platforms is a plus.
