Job Description

The Training and Development Manager will oversee the creation and implementation of training programs focused on enhancing employee performance and satisfaction. This role involves designing initiatives that cater to various learning styles and requirements.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Behavioural Science or similar (advantageous)
Experience
  • 3+ years' experience in a management role within a corporate training environment
