We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our innovative team in Cape Town. You will play a key role in managing our cloud infrastructure, automating processes, and ensuring system reliability. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both development and operations, with a passion for optimizing system performance and enhancing user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design cloud architecture and implement solutions using AWS/Azure.
• Monitor and analyze system logs for performance insights.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
• Participate in on-call support rotation and incident response.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related field

• Google Professional Cloud Architect

Languages

Advantageous
