Outbound Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Manager to oversee and manage the outbound operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics with a focus on improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the outbound logistics team to ensure efficient operations.
• Implement process improvements to boost productivity.
• Work closely with supply chain and inventory teams to optimize delivery schedules.
• Manage key relationships with external stakeholders such as suppliers and customers.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Establish safety protocols in accordance with regulations.
• Utilize logistics and inventory management software for tracking shipments.
• Develop and maintain reporting systems for operational metrics.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting for the outbound operations.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field
• Certifications in Logistics or Supply Chain Management are a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position in the logistics industry
