Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to all patients in accordance with professional standards.
• Perform assessments and establish nursing diagnoses to develop care plans.
• Coordinate care with healthcare providers and communicate effectively to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide health education to patients and families, addressing their concerns and health literacy.
• Document all findings accurately and in a timely manner in patient records.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure adherence to safety practices.
• Participate in inter-disciplinary rounds to discuss patient progress and care strategies.
• Engage in professional development activities to enhance nursing skills.
• Support and mentor junior nursing staff and students.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

Experience

• 3+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting
