Job Description

We are on the lookout for a visionary Art Director to elevate our creative projects. In this role, you will spearhead design initiatives, collaborate with teams, and ensure our creative objectives align with our clients' needs. Your artistic vision and leadership will be key in developing compelling brand stories and visuals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and production of creative materials.
• Collaborate closely with project managers to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Utilize feedback from clients and team members to refine designs.
• Foster a creative environment that encourages team collaboration and innovation.
• Maintain a solid understanding of production processes and techniques.
• Implement design best practices and workflows to enhance productivity.
• Ensure that the design team meets project timelines and quality expectations.
• Develop brand guidelines and visual standards to maintain consistency.
• Organize and lead team meetings to discuss project updates and challenges.
• Engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field

Experience

• At least 7 years of experience in art direction or a similar role

Technical Skills

• 3D Design Software

Certifications

• Advanced Design Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
