Job Description

As a Clinical Nurse Advisor, you will be integral to our healthcare team in Cape Town, utilizing your clinical knowledge to advise and mentor nursing staff. We're looking for someone who is passionate about patient care and has a proven track record in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve nursing practices and patient care.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to improve care delivery.
• Assist in the development of standard operating procedures.
• Participate in community health outreach programs.
• Provide support during health crises or emergencies.
• Analyze clinical data to identify trends and areas for development.
• Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and analyze results.
• Ensure the education of staff on new healthcare technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Postgraduate qualification in Nursing or Clinical Practice is an advantage

Experience

• At least 5 years of clinical experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
