Responsibilities

• Develop graphic content ideas based on client requirements.
• Ensure adherence to the brand guidelines throughout the design process.
• Optimize graphics for web and mobile interfaces.
• Work cross-departmentally with marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Review design deliverables for accuracy and compliance before client presentation.
• Help mentor junior designers in best practices.
• Document and maintain design project processes for future reference.
• Continuously improve design skills and techniques through learning.
• Participate in client reviews and address feedback effectively.
• Contribute ideas for potential innovations in design approaches.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Master’s degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design

Technical Skills

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• InDesign
• UI/UX Design

Languages

• English: Fluent
