Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer, you'll leverage data-driven techniques to refine operations. Your analytical skills will be crucial in addressing manufacturing challenges and implementing enhancements. Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on performance metrics in production.
• Suggest improvements to enhance workflows and reduce waste.
• Facilitate workshops to encourage teamwork on problem-solving.
• Collaborate with management to set goals and objectives.
• Provide training on engineering principles to junior staff.
• Investigate and resolve production issues as they arise.
• Coordinate with IT on automating processes.
• Evaluate supplier performance and material quality.
• Contribute to the development of strategic business plans.
• Engage with stakeholders for project feedback and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar
• Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in manufacturing or production environments.
