Job Description

As a Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring blending equipment in a safe and efficient manner. You will ensure the quality of the blended products while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine functions and maintain consistent product quality.
• Assist in troubleshooting and maintenance of mixing equipment.
• Implement best practices for safety and efficiency in operations.
• Keep accurate logs of production data and machine adjustments.
• Engage in proactive communication with supervisory staff regarding production flow.
• Expect to work shifts that may include evenings and weekends.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in Manufacturing Technology is a plus

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a blending or production role

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles: Knowledge of Lean methodologies to improve efficiency.
