Job Description

As a Health Technologist specializing in EEG technology, you will play a crucial role in conducting electroencephalography tests, analyzing results, and collaborating with neurologists. The ideal candidate has extensive experience and a thorough understanding of neurodiagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct electroencephalographic procedures on patients.
• Analyze and interpret EEG data and trends.
• Communicate results effectively to healthcare teams.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Assist with training and supporting staff on EEG procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Electroneurodiagnostics or related field
• Certification in EEG Technology from an accredited institution
• Current registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa is essential.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in clinical settings.
