We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Officer to join our team in Port Elizabeth. You will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, engaging with them to understand their needs, and ensuring they receive prompt assistance to improve their IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical inquiries from clients regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems and peripherals.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction.
• Assist users with software installation and configuration.
• Keep up with industry trends and advancements to ensure effective support.
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve internal processes and workflows.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support roles

Technical Skills

• Linux OS

• Afrikaans: Conversational
