Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the development of architectural projects from inception to completion.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members for effective project outcomes.
• Prepare and present proposals to stakeholders and clients with clarity and enthusiasm.
• Ensure effective management of project timelines, budget, and resources.
• Conduct research on industry trends and materials to inform design choices.
• Implement strategies for risk mitigation and project success.
• Facilitate the resolution of disputes and leverage negotiation skills.
• Mentor junior designers and provide feedback on their work.
• Encourage creative problem-solving approaches within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a closely related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in architecture/ design related roles

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Project Management Software

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Negotiation

Certifications

• SACAP Registration

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in 3D software like Rhino: Experience with advanced modeling techniques.
