We are looking for a General Accountant to join our Johannesburg team. The successful candidate will manage financial records, ensure compliance with legislation, and contribute to strategic financial planning. You will work closely with our finance team to deliver high-quality reports and support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial controls and procedures.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Conduct financial analysis and report findings.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements.
• Prepare VAT returns and liaise with tax authorities.
• Help streamline financial processes and systems.
• Train junior accounting staff as needed.
