Join our dynamic team as a Site Reliability Engineer. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving system reliability, performance, and availability. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in maintaining large-scale systems, with a focus on promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service health and ensure system integrity.
• Automate scaling processes to meet user demand.
• Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies.
• Optimize applications for performance and reliability.
• Work with security teams to enforce best practices.
• Create reports for system performance metrics.
• Provide training and support to team members.
• Assist in capacity planning and forecasting.
• Collaborate on application architecture and design.
• Contribute to incident response and root cause analysis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Linux Systems Administration
• Cloud Services (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Scripting (Python/Bash)
• Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Communication

Certifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CI/CD tools: Knowledge of Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools: Experience with Datadog or Prometheus.
