We're on the lookout for a Data Analyst with a passion for data manipulation and statistical analysis. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets to develop strategies that meet our clients' needs. Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business insights.
• Design reports and visualizations to communicate complex data in an accessible manner.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure data infrastructure is fit for analytical purposes.
• Implement data governance policies to ensure compliance and integrity.
• Monitor and optimize performance of analysis tools and software.
• Provide training and support to team members on data analysis best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis

Technical Skills

• SQL

• Power BI/Tableau

Languages

• English: Fluent
