Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor patient treatment plans.
• Administer injections and IV medications as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with patients about their care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Conduct patient discharge planning and follow-up.
• Provide wound care and management.
• Encourage patient engagement in their health care decisions.
• Support procedural activities in collaboration with the medical team.
• Ensure the comfort and privacy of patients during care.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Nursing
• B.Nurs or equivalent preferred

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a hospital or clinical environment

Technical Skills

• Patient Care

Certifications

• Patient Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Wound Care Certification: Certification in wound care management is a plus.
