We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Analyst to fortify our organization's digital security. In this role, you will monitor systems for vulnerabilities, implement security measures, and ensure compliance with security policies. Your expertise will be crucial in protecting against potential threats and responding to security incidents.

Responsibilities

• Manage security tools and technologies used to monitor systems.
• Document security incidents and prepare reports for senior management.
• Review and update cybersecurity policies based on industry standards.
• Assist in the creation of security awareness content for staff.
• Mitigate risks by maintaining an incident response plan.
• Engage in continuous improvement of security tactics and processes.
• Work alongside compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Perform penetration testing to identify potential vulnerabilities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or equivalent experience
• Relevant industry certifications preferred

Experience

• Preferably 4+ years in cybersecurity
