Job Description

The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading financial planning and analysis initiatives. You’ll ensure robust financial controls are in place while providing insightful recommendations that support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fostering efficiency in financial practices and will play a key role in strategic decision making.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders.
• Direct investment activities and manage funds to maximize returns.
• Monitor the cash flow and ensure capital adequacy.
• Evaluate financial operations and implement improvements.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting for internal and external parties.
• Assist in financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Develop financial training programs for staff.
• Report directly to senior management on financial matters.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in financial management
