Job Description

We are seeking a proactive File Clerk / Office Assistant to provide crucial administrative support. This role involves managing phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments, ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and ensure prompt communication.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
  • Support the team in preparing meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Assist with clerical duties related to project management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
  • Ensure a tidy and organized work environment.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate
  • Administrative diploma is a plus
Experience
  • At least 1 year in an office environment with administrative duties

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Afrikaans: Conversational
