Job Description

We are searching for a Corporate Trainer with strong experience in training and development to join our team in Pretoria. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging training programs and facilitating workshops that enhance employee skills and career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design learning materials such as manuals, guides, and e-learning modules.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate training and development tools and techniques.
  • Train staff on the use of new technologies and processes.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to employees as needed.
  • Analyze training needs and make recommendations for new courses.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in training.
  • Organize company-wide training events and manage logistics.
  • Implement feedback into training programs for continuous improvement.
  • Promote a positive learning environment that encourages employee participation.
  • Mentor junior trainers and support their development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Postgraduate qualifications in training or education preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in training, coaching, or facilitation
