UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a creative and passionate UX/UI Designer who will be instrumental in designing user-friendly applications. You'll conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences, ensuring designs meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead design thinking workshops to gather user insights.
• Create user journey maps to visualize user interactions with products.
• Conduct A/B testing to validate design choices and improve user engagement.
• Coordinate with external vendors on specific design projects and initiatives.
• Mentor junior designers and facilitate their growth within the team.
• Ensure compliance with design standards and accessibility guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant design experience

Certifications

• Interaction Design Foundation Certification
• Lean UX Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
